In an interview with the Montreal Gazette, Rabaska CEO Glenn Kelly says that the proposed Rabaska LNG terminal poses no threat to surrounding communities, despite recent reports. He also claims that the terminal’s site is superior to that of the approved Gros Cacouna project. “[T]he predictable delays are much greater at Gros Cacouna…especially in winter when demand for gas is greater in Quebec,” said Kelly.
