The Associated Press reports that KeySpan Corp. agreed to pay a $125,000 fine for a security breach last year at the company’s LNG storage facility in Lynn, Mass. The Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities originally levied a $250,000 fine for the incident, but the penalty was reduced on appeal after KeySpan demonstrated that its security procedures had been improved.
