The Gloucester County Times reports that New Jersey officials plan to submit a list of exceptions to the N.J. v. Del. decision by U.S. Supreme Court Special Master Ralph Lancaster, which ruled that Delaware would have jurisdiction over a part of the proposed Crown Landing LNG project. The U.S. Supreme Court will take the Special Master’s report and responses by the states into consideration and issue a final decision.
