Russian LNG May Enter North American Market

During this week’s Canada-Russia Business Summit in Ottawa, the general director of Russia’s Baltic LNG said that deliveries of Russian LNG to North America may begin in 2011. Baltic LNG, a joint venture between Gazprom and Sovkomflot, plans to construct a liquefaction plant in Leningrad by 2010.
