Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani spoke on Tuesday with The Day and other news media about the analysis his security firm conducted on the Broadwater Energy LNG terminal proposal. The results were included in Broadwater’s application to FERC. “The security analysis will continue throughout the project, so that if any new technology comes along, it will be used,” he said.
