Agencies Ask Bradwood Landing for More Information on Endangered Species

The Daily Astorian reports on Bradwood Landing’s draft biological assessment of the project’s potential impacts on critical habitat and endangered and threatened species.  According to a summary of an October conference call between federal officials and project consultants, the biological assessment lacks sufficient information regarding the impact of LNG vessel transit.  Additionally, the FERC project manager indicated that a revised project schedule has not been set because of outstanding data issues.  Filings discussed in the article, as well as NorthernStar’s Nov. 16 supplement to the biological assessment, are available in the FERC e-Library at Docket No. CP06-365.
