Gov. Schwarzenegger Takes No Position on LNG

According to The Malibu Times, California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger issued a statement on Wednesday saying that “it would be inappropriate” to express his stance on any proposed LNG terminal before its regulatory review is concluded. He also emphasized that all proposals must adhere to stringent environmental and public safety standards in order to receive his approval.
