The LNG terminals proposed for California will be critical to meeting the state’s growing consumer demands as traditional sources of natural gas are expected to decline, according to Rick Morrow, vice president of Customer Service – Major Markets for the Southern California Gas Co. in Los Angeles. Morrow also argues that imported LNG will help lower and stabilize prices by increasing competition among natural gas suppliers.
