BP’s decision to shelve its Bay Crossing LNG terminal planned near Galveston, Texas, will not impact the company’s plans for its Crown Landing LNG facility in Logan Township, N.J., because the projects target different markets, according to the project’s spokesperson, Tom Mueller. “Crown Landing is a little unique in that the location we’ve identified will really be able to serve a broad range of consumers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic,” he said.
