Port of Astoria Moves to Intervene in Bradwood Landing LNG Proceeding

 

The Daily Astorian reports that the Port of Astoria’s commission voted on Wednesday to seek intervener status in the FERC review process for the Bradwood Landing LNG proposal. Already filing to intervene arethe Oregon cities of Astoria and Warrenton, and Clatsop County, and Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties in Washington, as well as Port Westward and the Port of St. Helens. Port Westard LNG, the Oregon Department of Energy, and local activist groups Columbia Riverkeeper and the Columbia River Fishermen’s Protective Union also have filed an intervention in the proceeding. The letters from parties filing for intervention may be found in the FERC e-Library in Docket No. CP06-365.
