Anti-Broadwater Group Criticizes Newsday’s “Wait-and-See” Approach

Members of the Anti-Broadwater Coalition have criticized Newsday’s June 15 editorial, in which the paper suggested that the public should wait for information on safety, environmental and economic issues before taking a stance on the Broadwater LNG terminal proposal.  Sid Bail and Adrienne Esposito argue that the company has had “more than a year and a half” to supply this information.
