Interim Report of the Long Island Sound LNG Task Force Available at FERC
The Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection yesterday submitted to FERC the Long Island Sound LNG Task Force’s Interim Report on the proposed Broadwater LNG terminal. The Task Force concludes that “never before has there been such a development proposed [as Broadwater]” and emphasizes that “every alternative should be examined.” LNGLawBlog covered the original release of the report on March 8, 2006. The report is available in the FERC e-Library in Docket CP06-54.
