Excelerate Follows LNG Spot Market

Excelerate Energy President Kathleen Eisbrenner said Monday that, due to higher prices outside the U.S., Excelerate is selling spot cargos on the international market rather than delivering them to its Gulf Gateway terminal offshore Louisiana. In fact, Gulf Gateway Energy Bridge has received only two cargos since coming online a year ago. However, Eisbrenner predicted that increased supply in the Atlantic Basin could soon make deliveries to the U.S. more economical.
