Maine Selectmen Receive Competing LNG Petitions

Selectmen will have to determine how they will tackle competing petitions now that about 150 petitioners are calling for a vote in December on the siting of an LNG facility in Robbinson, Maine. Another petition sponsored by the group Save the Passamaquoddy Bay is urging residents in the coastal communities to postpone a vote until an environmental and financial study is complete.
