State Sen. Hedlund Comments on Speed of AES Proposal

Massachusetts State Sen. Robert Hedlund last night said that he believes AES is moving too quickly on its proposal to construct a regasification plant on the deserted Outer Brewster Island is unlikely. Virginia-based AES said last week they want the Legislature to approve by mid-November a lease for the project. Today’s Patriot Ledger has the details.
