Philly Gas Commission Curtails PGW’s Spending on Planned LNG Facility

Philadelphia’s Gas Commission has declined to approve further spending by PGW on its proposed LNG plant in Port Richmond until the Commission ascertains better the likelihood of the deal. PGW Vice President David Griesing yesterday said that negotiations are progressing and “final agreements” are imminent, but city officials have expressed doubts.
