Passamaquoddy Bay is the Last Viable Site for LNG Terminals in Maine, Developer Says

According to Brian Smith of Quoddy Bay LLC, Passamaquoddy Bay is the last viable site for LNG facilities in Maine. Northern Maine is a place ideal for terminal developments because of the area’s low-density population and its proximity to the southern New England market, but south of Passamaquoddy Bay, sheltered waters are scarce.
