In an earnings call yesterday, Apache official John Crum said that negotiations are underway between Kitimat LNG and several Asian-Pacific LNG buyers. Following a raid of the Costa Azul LNG facility by local police on the orders of Ensenada Mayor Enrique Pelayo Torres, state officials from Baja California stepped in to keep the facility operating normally.
