In light of the rising demand for natural gas in the United States, The Boston Herald says the AES bill that was sent to a “study” earlier in the week should be given a second chance. The paper says that the proposed Battery Rock terminal on Outer Brewster Island would provide supply to help alleviate the energy shortfall and do so in a safe manner.
