Mexican Energy Secretary Fernando Canales says construction on Sempra’s Energia Costa Azul terminal in Baja California is on schedule for completion in January 2008 and has not exceeded the budget. “The construction of what we are seeing here is completely positive and will benefit Mexico,” Canales said during a press conference held after visiting the site yesterday with Sempra representatives and Baja California Gov.
