On November 27, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the jurisdictional dispute between Delaware and New Jersey involving the construction of the Crown Landing LNG terminal. The Court will decide whether to accept the findings of Special Master Ralph Lancaster, which state that Delaware can regulate structures in the Delaware River up to the shoreline in southern New Jersey.
