U.S. Officials Interested in Trinidad’s LNG Infrastructure

A U.S. State Department document leaked last month outlined a request from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that American embassy officials in Trinidad gather information on the country’s Atlantic LNG liquefaction facility. Newsday (Trinidad & Tobago) reports that the request was part of a global effort for U.S. officials to gather information on critical infrastructure and resources.
