A North Bend, Ore., resident says that an environmental impact statement that evaluates the potential cumulative impacts on the region from LNG development should be issued before one is prepared for Jordan Cove Energy’s proposed LNG terminal. “Only then would we, and FERC, be in [a] position to objectively evaluate the merits of the Jordan Cove proposal,” he said.
