McGovern: Democrat-Controlled Congress Will End Weaver’s Cove

U.S. Rep. James McGovern (D-Mass.) says the recent shift in congressional power to the Democrats will ensure the end of the FERC-approved Weaver’s Cove LNG terminal. “We didn’t roll over on this when we were in the minority party,” he said. “We are now in the majority and have the power to halt this project in a variety of ways.” Read more in The Herald News.
