The developers of the proposed Main Pass LNG terminal are encouraged by the lack of local opposition expressed during public meetings held last week to discuss the modified version of the facility proposed for offshore Louisiana. “We’re very confident that we’ll get the permit, especially since there’s no opposition,” said McMoRan spokesperson Bill Collier.
