Platts Gas Daily reports that Freeport LNG Development will continue building its 1.5 Bcf/d import terminal in Brazoria County, Texas despite supply uncertainties. “Our customers’ supply arrangements are their business,” said Hugh Urbantke, the company’s chief financial officer. “We’re a tolling company and it’s a user-pay agreement. Whether they toll LNG through our facility or not, we get paid pretty much the same amount.” [Subscription required]
