Dominion Energy Cove Point Begins LNG Production

Dominion Energy Cove Point (DECP) announced that LNG production has begun at its newly constructed natural gas liquefaction facility undergoing commissioning in Lusby, Md.  DECP stated that “[a]ll major equipment has been operated and is being commissioned as expected.”  The facility is expected to enter commercial service in early March.

Corpus Christi Liquefaction Forecasts Train 1 Substantial Completion By March 2019

Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) has filed a report with FERC projecting that CCL’s LNG production Train 1 will achieve substantial completion in March 2019 and Train 2 will achieve substantial completion in September 2019. The report covers construction activity at CCL’s LNG production and export facility at Corpus Christi, Texas, through December 2017.
