Premier Christy Clark of British Columbia told the Kitimat Northern Sentinel that she expects phase one of the planned Kitimat LNG liquefaction project to have enough electricity supply with existing resources. However, Premier Clark noted that any additional liquefaction projects, including a second liquefaction train at Kitimat LNG, would require additional planning and power generation.
