FERC Vacates Creole Trail LNG Authorization

FERC has vacated its authorization to construct and operate the Creole Trail LNG import terminal. The Commission stated that its 2006 authorization expired on June 15, 2011. FERC’s order is available in the eLibrary under Docket No. CP05-360.
