County Commissioners Allow Oregon Pipeline Project to Move Forward

Clatsop, Ore., county commissioners voted 4-1 to affirm a decision by the county’s hearing officer to conditionally approve a portion of the Oregon Pipeline project, the natural gas pipeline associated with the Oregon LNG project. An official with ExxonMobil told Platts LNG Daily [subscription required] yesterday that commissioning of the Golden Pass LNG terminal has begun. The official also noted that the process is expected to take between two and three months.
