Industry to Provide Comments on Revisions to Trinidad & Tobago’s Energy Fiscal Regime

Platts LNG Daily reports that a draft report prepared by Trinidad’s Petroleum Fiscal Review Committee revising the country’s oil and gas fiscal regime has been completed and that the Commission is soliciting comments from energy companies. Cove Point LNG Submits Proposed Mitigation Measures for Pier Reinforcement Project

On August 20, 2009, Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP submitted a plan it will use to mitigate potential environmental impacts related to its Pier Reinforcement Project. Specifically, the plan details procedures and techniques that will be used to minimize effects on sea turtles during pile driving operations.
