An attorney with a firm representing Broadwater Energy writes that conservation efforts and renewable energy sources are not enough to sustain Connecticut’s growing energy demands, as suggested by a Yale University professor. Instead, he says that the proposed Broadwater LNG terminal for Long Island Sound is a “sensible, reasonable solution” to meeting the region’s energy needs. The Hartford Courant carries his op-ed.
