LNG Opposition Team Leader Sharon Beazley is urging the public to attend FERC’s public hearing on AES’ proposed Sparrows Point LNG terminal in Maryland and voice their concerns to the federal officials in a respectful way. “It’s important to tell those departments how we feel,” Beazley said. “But we need to show our officials that we will give them respect, and we hope that they will show us respect in return.” Written comments on the proposal may be submitted to FERC through June 16.
