FERC Chairman Joseph Kelliher says he will not recuse himself from the Broadwater matter despite three New York legislators’ request that he do so. In a written reply, Kelliher said that FERC ethics counsel advised that recusal was unnecessary, and that his employment with Broadwater’s counsel “lasted little more than two months.” Details are in today’s Hartford Courant.
