The Galveston Daily News today revisits a February decision on the Pelican Island lease agreements, reporting that BP has not asked the city of Galveston to sign on to an existing agreement between BP and the Wharves Board of Trustees. A city attorney said, “Nobody can move until the judgment is signed” in about ten days. [Free registration necessary]
