The Herald News reports today that Boston’s First Circuit Court of Appeals could rule on Fall River’s lawsuit disputing FERC’s order approving the Weaver’s Cove LNG facility by the end of 2006. “There will be several rounds of briefs and then an oral argument before three judges of the court,” said Edward Berlin, one of the attorneys representing Fall River. “It looks to me like the oral argument will be sometime in the fall.”
