Coast Guard Official Says Broadwater Will Likely Require Heavy Security Measures
Peter Boynton, Captain of the Port for Long Island Sound, says the Coast Guard “likely would need more security manpower” if the Broadwater LNG terminal is built. He expects a security analysis of the project will be issued in two months, but adds that this is “really not a yes or no report.” Boynton is expected to speak about the project at a press conference today.
