Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. announced today that it expects to export the first LNG commissioning cargo from its Sabine Pass LNG export terminal in Cameron Parish, La. in late February or March 2016. According to the press release, the first commissioning cargo was initially expected to occur by late January but instrumentation issues have caused a delay.
