A spokesperson for Enstar Natural Gas Co. told Radio Kenai that the company is examining the possibility of importing LNG into the Cook Inlet region should existing reserves prove insufficient to meet customer demand. The Enstar spokesperson noted that the Kenai LNG liquefaction facility could be modified to serve as a regasification terminal.
