| FERC Provides Recommendations to Kenai LNG |

Following a visit to the Kenai LNG liquefaction facility last month, FERC has issued a list of five recommendations that should be addressed by the facility operator in future Semi-Annual Operating Reports if operations continue after the current two-year Department of Energy authorization. FERC's letter is available in the eLibrary under Docket No. CP09-34.
