| Hess LNG CEO: Investment in Crown Landing Project a "Very Long-Term Play" |

Noting weak natural gas prices in the U.S. market and diminished import activity at U.S. LNG terminals, Hess LNG CEO Gordon Shearer told Dow Jones (via the Wall Street Journal [subscription required]) that his company's recent acquisition of the Crown Landing LNG terminal project is a "very long-term play, a long-term investment, and it's going to take a while to develop it." Shearer also said that there is "strong local support" for the project.
