| Excelerate Receives LNG Export Authorization |

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has granted authorization to Excelerate Liquefaction Solutions I, LLC to export over a 20-year period up to 10 million metric tons per annum (approximately 504 Bcf) of domestically produced LNG from its proposed terminal in Calhoun County, Texas to countries with a Free Trade Agreement with the United States. The order can be found on DOE's website under Docket No. 12-61-LNG.
