FERC Releases Update on Annova LNG Brownsville Project

FERC has released an update on its review of the Annova LNG Brownsville export project proposed to be located on the southern bank of the Brownsville Ship Channel at mile marker 8.2, in Cameron County, Texas. The project would include six liquefaction trains with the ability to produce about 6 million tons per year of LNG, an interconnected intrastate pipeline, and marine export facilities. FERC is currently analyzing data submitted with Annova’s application and preparing a draft environmental impact statement, which will be available for public review and comment.
