FERC Approves Eagle LNG Partners Jacksonville LLC’s Pre-Filing Request

Today, FERC approved Eagle LNG Partners Jacksonville LLC’s request to begin the pre-filing environmental review process for a proposed LNG liquefaction and temporary storage facility in Jacksonville, Florida on the St. John’s River (Jacksonville Project).  The LNG would be loaded into trucks and containers, or onto ocean-going vessels for use in the marine bunkering trade and for export from the United States.  FERC’s approval letter can be found here, and the complete docket for the Jacksonville Project can be found on eLibrary under Docket No. PF15-7.
