FERC has dismissed Strom Inc.’s petition for declaratory order (PDO) requesting that FERC find Strom’s use of a mobile natural gas liquefaction unit (“LNG in a Box”) to export natural gas will not be subject to FERC’s jurisdiction under the Natural Gas Act. FERC dismissed the PDO because Strom did not pay the applicable filing fee for PDO’s.
