Waller Point LNG and Delfin LNG File Non-FTA DOE Export Applications

Waller LNG Services, d/b/a Waller Point LNG, filed an application with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to export over a 25-year period up to 70 Bcf/year (0.19 Bcf/day) of LNG from its proposed Waller LNG terminal under development at the entrance to the Calcasieu Ship Channel, Cameron Parish, southwest La., to nations without a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the United States.  Waller Point LNG’s application can be found here.

Delfin LNG filed an application with DOE to export over a 25-year period up to 657.5 Bcf/year (1.8 Bcf/day) of LNG from its proposed floating LNG terminal in West Cameron Block 167, Gulf of Mexico to non-FTA nations.  Delfin LNG’s application can be found here.
