FERC's staff issued a Final General Conformity Determination concluding that the planned construction and operations of the AES Sparrows Point LNG project conforms to the regulations in Maryland's implementation plan for the air standards mandated by the federal Clean Air Act. The determination is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-62.
