| FERC to Prepare Environmental Assessment for Cove Point Export Project |

Today, FERC issued a notice of intent to prepare an environmental assessment (EA) which will evaluate the environmental impacts of the proposed Cove Point Liquefaction Project at the existing Dominion Cove Point LNG terminal in Lusby, Md. Comments on the scope of the EA are due October 24, 2012. FERC's notice can be found on eLibrary under Docket No. PF12-16.
