The status of a Clatsop County, Ore. Board of Commissioners decision that approved the pipeline that would serve the Oregon LNG terminal is before the Oregon Court of Appeals. Clatsop County commissioners approved the pipeline project in 2010, but a newly elected commission subsequently rejected the proposal. Read more in the Statesman Journal article.
