In response to Freedom of Information Act requests submitted by Suffolk County, N.Y. seeking confidential information pertaining to Broadwater Energy’s proposed LNG terminal, FERC Commissioners yesterday issued an order mandating that the company provide county officials with the requested non-public information under a protective order within 15 days.
